Double Cell

Overview

Double Cell foam uses special technology designed to break down the usually consistent cell structure of a foam to make it resemble natural sea sponge. The product can be made in a wide range of structures from an Extra Course (11 ppi) to Extra Fine (99 ppi). Nominally produced at a 2 pcf density, Double Cell makes for an excellent product in cleaning products such as mops and sponges. Reticulating Double Cell foams offer enhancd product strength in applications such as grouting sponges.

Primary Usage

If you are looking for a foam that has the look of natural sponge, then Double Cell should be considered. The Double Cell family of products have good strength characteristics making them ideal or general sponges as well as industrial applicatins such as grout sponges.
